LowBandSystems Warranty
LowBandSystems warrants to the original purchaser that LowBandSystems products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase.
Warranty for other brand products
Products of other brand manufacturers are covered by their own warranties.
Not eligible for Warranty consideration
Any product that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for warranty consideration.
LowBandSystem's liability for losses or damages
LowBandSystems liability for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or, at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s).
LowBandSystems shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
LowBandSystems reserves the right to correct any typographical errors. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Returns
If you're not satisfied with our products or our service, we'll gladly refund your money. Just return any new, unopened or unused part within 30 days of the shipping date and we'll refund the purchase price. Shipping charges, banks fees are not refundable.
All returns are subject to inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exception.
Damage during Shipping
LowBandSystems is not responsible for products damaged during shipping once they leave our warehouse. Claims for merchandise damaged during shipping must be made by you directly to the delivery carrier.
Exceptions
Any products that are personalized or custom-ordered cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
