Dummy Load, DL500-UHF, FAN Cooled, 500 W, 0-30 MHz, UHF Female, SO-239.

These dummy loads utilizes two 60W solid ceramic resistive element that is non-inductive and very resistant to overload and high temperature operation.

Additional 12V fan greatly improves cooling and hence power handling of these Dummy Load.

Ideal to use with the Four square antenna systems.

The duty cycle is specified at 10% with the fan enabled.

In other words, if you transmit into it for 1 minute, let it cool for 10 minutes. 

ON/OFF switch and a 2.1-millimeter jack for 12 V dc power
from the station power supply or a wall cube on the
other. Power is required for the internal fan, which
must be used at high-power levels.
